We are not going to tell you Classplus is bad software. It is good at what it is built for, which is selling teaching online. It is simply built for a different job than Drishtaa, and picking the wrong one costs you a year. Here is the difference, plainly.
Everything below about Classplus was read from their own website on 7 September 2026, not from memory or from a review site.
Their own features page, read on 7 September 2026, lists a store to sell courses, live classes, video lectures, online assessments, a marketing dashboard and your own branded app and website. The pitch on their home page is growing an online teaching brand. That is a real business, and if it is the one you want, they are built for it.
The institute you already have, with students who physically walk in. Admissions and enquiries, the fee register with instalments and concessions, attendance marked at the door, exams and marks, and a score for every teacher and every student so you can see who is growing and who is slipping.
On the Classplus features page read on 7 September 2026, the words fee, attendance and admission do not appear. In Drishtaa they are the centre of the product - the pending list, the receipt on the parent's phone, the absent alert the same period.
Drishtaa scores every teacher on work that is already recorded - attendance taken on time, marks entered, how the batch actually moved - so an appraisal is a conversation about a number, not a feeling. We have not found an equivalent anywhere in this market.
Reminders and alerts go from the number parents already have a thread with, through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform - not a shared sender ID that parents ignore.
Ours is on the website, in full, with no sales call needed to see it. As of 7 September 2026 Classplus does not publish one.
Your plan is to record courses and sell them to students you will never meet, run live online classes, and build an audience under your own brand. That is their product and we would not try to talk you out of it.
You have an institute with students who walk in, and the daily pain is the fee register, chasing pending fees, attendance nobody acts on, marks in a notebook, and no honest way to tell a teacher how they are doing. That is the whole reason this was written.
We cannot compare honestly, because Classplus does not publish a price - as of 7 September 2026 there is no pricing page on their site, so the number comes from a sales call. Ours is published in full on our pricing page, with no form to fill first, and we do not take any percentage of the fees you collect.
No, and we would rather say so than pretend. Selling recorded courses to strangers on the internet is a different business from running a coaching institute, and Drishtaa does not do it. If that is your main goal, Classplus is built for it and we are not.
Yes. Students, batches, fee plans and what has already been paid come across from a spreadsheet export, and that is the first thing done during setup.
Parents get everything on plain WhatsApp from your own number - fee reminders, absent alerts and results - so nothing has to be installed for the system to work. There is a parent app as well, for those who want attendance, marks and fees in one place.
Classplus is a trademark of its owner and we are not affiliated with them. Every statement about Classplus on this page describes what their own public website said on 7 September 2026; products change, so check their site for yourself before deciding.
Bring one batch and its fee register. In an hour you will be looking at your own students, your own pending list and your own teacher scores - not a demo dataset.
